Description:
While browsing through our programme, you're sure to come across a few real gems. With that having been said, you'd be hard pushed to find something better than this accommodation! A wide range of activities, surrounded by nature, await you here, alongside pure comfort. In fact, it is extremely hard to find the words to describe the accommodation while still doing it justice. This problem starts even when it comes to describing the incredible surroundings that you will call home for the duration of your stay on Alphonse Island. There are a total of 21 bungalows and 5 villas, draped along the beach and surrounded by numerous tall palm trees, just a few steps from the ocean. This is achieved without compromising on intimacy or privacy, as there are at least 20 metres between each of the individual buildings. This allows you to almost enjoy your own personal tropical paradise, where you will experience a high degree of space and freedom, along with heavenly peace and an incredible natural atmosphere. A picturesque pool along with comfortable sunloungers, also located near to the ocean edge, is available to all guests who want to spend some time relaxing outside. Meanwhile, the bar, which is covered but remains open to the outside air, is perfect for enjoying a cooling drink, either at the bar itself or on one of the tables that are scattered around. In the evenings, enjoy a drink or dinner here and share your fondest impressions and memories of the day with other guests. The hotel’s own restaurant subscribes to the sentiment of “barefoot, with no dress code”, meaning you can feel free at the restaurant while enjoying the view on the open ocean and swimming pool, alongside numerous different delicacies, including freshly-caught and delicately-prepared seafood. The chefs of this kitchen serve up a considerable choice of buffets and à la carte menus, allowing you to enjoy food incorporating both Creole sophistication and a distinct International influence.
The private units of the resort also leave little to be desired. Choose between one of the quaint stilt-bungalows or a spacious villa and look forward to a comfortable stay on a spectacular beach! Alphonse Island is a veritable refuge for people who are looking for an authentic, undisturbed island experience, and this unique corner of the Earth allows you to spend your time in exactly this manner! The stylish interiors of the accommodation offer unobtrusive elegance, shaped through high-quality wood and bright colours, which blend in well with the surroundings of the resort. The space guarantees relaxation, regardless of whether you opt for one of the incredible Beach Bungalows or the spacious Beach Villas with around twice the space of the bungalows, as well as a second guest bathroom. A real highlight of the property is also the original open-air shower. Meanwhile, you will find the ideal spot for peace and quiet with an ocean view on the spacious veranda or terrace, where you can watch the sunrise while enjoying a delicious coffee. It's certainly hard to find a better way to start the day! And, following an extensive breakfast, why not take a bike and pick your first tour of the day in the island’s Activity Centre?
The secluded location, around 400 km (250 miles) south-west of Mahé, combined with the glorious year-round temperature of 27 °C, makes the 1.7-km² Alphonse Island an ideal destination for honeymooners, families, and those looking for adventure. The outer Seychelles islands only offer two different options in terms of holiday accommodation, Alphonse Island and Desroches Island, but it should be clear that this is not the only reason for our fascination with the resort. The enormous, shallow lagoon offers top conditions all year-round for swimming, while the lagoon is also a veritable Eldorado for fly fishing thanks to its conditions. If that sounds like your idea of fun then why not book one of the Activity Packages? Meanwhile, a sharply-descending coral reef is a great spot for experienced scuba divers to enjoy, while canoeing, paddleboating, windsurfing, sailing, and snorkelling also count among the possible activities. Finally, it's always well worth exploring a bit of the island's nature on-foot or by bike.

Please note: there are two flights per time-slot, and guests will be assigned to the flights on a first come, first served basis. Guests cannot choose which of the two flights they will take. This decision will be made by the accommodation. Changes can only be made on-site in exceptional cases.
There are also available flights on Mondays and Thursdays which are offered only on selected dates and during the months of November, December, February, March and April. Please also note that in the Explorer season (every year from May to September due to the southeast monsoon) flights are only scheduled once a week.

Mobile networks do not work on the island, but WiFi is included in public areas, as well as a satellite line (fees apply).
Please note that a child (11-17 years old) sharing in a separate room pays: €550 (€630 from 01.01.2025, €950 between 09.12.2025 - 31.12.2025).
Island Conservation Donation: €35/person per day; children and teenagers (0 – 17 years old) do not have to pay. The amount is mandatory and payable at time of booking.
