More Seychelles Islands

In addition to the islands described above, there are many other islands, a few of which you can see here. These islands are mostly uninhabited and are protected. Islands like Cousin and Curieuse can be visited as part of a day trip from the three main islands.

Aride is the northernmost of the granite islands here and measures about 1.7km in length and about 500m in width.

Marine biodiversity and the well-being of endemic species.

Curieuse offers untouched wilderness, giant tortoises roaming freely and some Coco de Mer palms.

Cocos, a miniature picturesque island about 1km north of Félicité, is protected, as is the surrounding ocean.

St Pierre is one of the many small islands on Praslin's north-west side; the tiny islet is only about 1.5km from Cote d'Or beach.

The islands of Grande Soeur and Petite Soeur are often referred to as Sister Islands or Les Soeurs.

The island of Marianne, southeast of Félicité, has a beautiful beach on its west side and is otherwise surrounded by a rugged coastline

Beaches

The Seychelles are known for their unique beaches - so the smaller islands of the archipelago also offer some of them! Discover them on your own trip!

La Passe on Silhouette is the closest beach on the island to the Hilton Labriz Resort and La Belle Tortue accommodations. Good for swimming, snorkeling, sailing, or simply relaxing, La Passe offers plenty of positive features, and the presence of a lifeguard on sections of the beach adds to the safe atmosphere.

Anse Lascars is a stunning, wild beach on Silhouette Island, the third-largest of the Seychelles islands. This unique prospect possesses relatively deep, choppy water, making it unsafe for children at high tide. That said, at low tide, the water is a little calmer, and lends itself well to swimming.

Anse Maquereau is a small yet stunning beach on the north coast of Frégate Island, which itself is a luxury resort, about 50km (30 miles) east of the main Seychelles island, Mahé. The beach is located just a short walk from much of the island’s accommodation, ensuring that guests won’t have to go far to enjoy this cosy, beautiful sandy bay.

Anse Victorin is perhaps the most beautiful beach on Frégate Island, which itself ranks among the most incredible locations in the Seychelles archipelago. Once voted the world’s best beach by The Times, it is easy to see why the beach is so beloved.

Marina Beach on Frégate Island is located near the island’s jetty, just along the east coast from the landing strip of the resort. The beautiful shallow water here is protected from the open ocean by the island’s offshore lagoon, making it especially safe for families with children, who can enjoy the beach in safety and security.

Anse d’Est is a beautiful beach on North Island in the Seychelles. The sand and scenery here are spectacular, while the atmosphere is tranquil thanks to the island’s isolation, around 30km (18 miles) north-west of Mahé. The beach is great for couples and families alike, with scuba diving and snorkelling both possible here.

West Beach on North Island is located across the island from the majority of the resort's villa accommodation, but is no less beautiful than the other coast of the island.
