Unlike many other island destinations, the following does not apply in the Seychelles: the closer to the beach, the more expensive the accommodation. Affordable accommodation:
- Guesthouses: A typical guesthouse in the Seychelles usually rents out only a few rooms and offers a comfortable stay for around 70 € - 150 € per night/room.
- Apartments: The Seychelles are also perfect as a self-catering destination. There are a few apartments (also with multiple bedrooms) on the three main islands, costing between 100 € - 200 € per night/apartment.
Middle price segment:
