Club Med was great fun and a perfect end to our holiday. We really enjoyed all of the activities and the staff were excellent. Food was outstanding for a buffet, and the all inclusive drinks package was top quality. The room was a little grubby - dirty floors and well-used towels, but we were not expecting luxury here so it was fine.
Overall Club Med exceeded our expectations and we met a lot of new friends. My husband also needed some minor medical treatment whilst on the island, and the infirmary at Club Med provided excellent service.
Cleanliness and modernity are worthy of 5*. The nature of the island is a dream! We heard birds that we haven't heard anywhere else. Great importance is attached to cleanliness. The reef is fantastic for snorkeling and diving - I have never seen such a variety of animals on Praslin or La Digue. The free-roaming turtles are great!!!! The food was plentiful and often very good. The range of sports on offer is exceptionally high - something for everyone. The Zen Pool for adults only offers a balance to the hustle and bustle of the main pool. All bartenders and servers were consistently attentive and friendly. A special thank you goes to GO Manuella and the two archery trainers Marc and Babisse. I tried archery for the first time. What fun! The evening program is a matter of taste. Everyone is attentive and will take you with them on their caddy, even if you haven't called them. Great service. Unfortunately, a receptionist Helen was negative and she gave us false statements about the tax to be paid, additional costs and the time of departure. Many things were allegedly not possible and she promised to get in touch several times to clarify this. Ultimately I had to ask every day - I never heard back from the lady. Manuella saved it and sorted it out within 20 minutes. Departures are also more difficult if she doesn't let Club med organize it herself and wants to leave earlier. Be sure to book via the transfers via Seyvillas, otherwise additional costs could arise.

The transfer to Club Med must be booked separately for €69 per route/person. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transported by bus to Eden Jetty Club Med and then by boat to the resort. Pickup and return to locations other than the airport are available upon request and at an additional cost.
