Example Itinerary of a Seychelles Wedding"
1. The Day Begins
The day of your dream Seychelles wedding begins at your accommodation. Here you’ll get ready, get dressed and have your hair and make-up done professionally. If you wish, the “getting ready” part of your day can also be captured by a professional photographer.
2. Arrive at Your Wedding Location
We will then take you to your wedding location, which will already be set up and beautifully decorated. Here your bride or groom and, if applicable, your wedding guests, as well as registrars, musicians and a photographer are already waiting for you. Once at your location, if you wish, one of the guests (or the wedding planner in the case of a private wedding) will lead you down to the dreamy white beach and the ceremony will begin.
3. The Wedding Ceremony
The ceremony lasts about half an hour in total and is conducted in English, during which you’ll stand/sit in front of your registrar and listen to the wedding sermon before saying your long-awaited “I do”!
4. You’ve Both Said “I Do”
After the ceremony, you and your guests will toast your marriage with champagne on the beach and enjoy a piece of the wedding cake. All these special moments are of course captured by a photographer, and if you wish you can also have a photoshoot for you and your new spouse on the beach afterwards or the following day.
5. The Celebrations
Once the official part of the wedding is over, you can either head out for a romantic dinner, a casual beach BBQ or a sunset photoshoot.
How your dream wedding should look in detail is, of course, entirely up to you. We’re happy to help you plan as well as advise on your special day!
