Very spacious villa on the beach with a pool and a large kitchen for six (or eight) people. Dinner is available at Le Habitation, just a few steps away - very good. No matter how long you stay, a T-shirt, a shirt, some trousers and a bathing suit - that's enough.

In my opinion, the beach in front of it is getting bigger and more beautiful. The daily service (8 a.m. to 3 p.m. except Sunday) is impeccable. Everyone is very friendly, just the right place to relax. Unfortunately, the beach between the pier and the villa is being naturally eroded and disappearing more and more, but in front of the villa the beach is growing. Of course, the residents try to save what can be saved and artificially pile up stones and try to save the beach with concrete slabs. 1 star deducted due to additional costs and restrictions. If you've been to the villa several times, you know what the conditions used to be like. The villa used to have its own kayaks (3 including paddles), now you have to rent the kayaks from L'Habitation (only 4 kayaks for L'Habitation and the Surf Tropical Villas). Every now and then there were no more kayaks. If you rent kayaks you have to register and have to return the kayaks after 3 hours, it is no longer allowed to paddle the kayaks to Long Island/Round Island. The kayaks are old and not comparable to the kayaks from South Point Villas or Cerf Island Resort where there are no restrictions. For around 400 - 500 EUR per night I expect my own kayaks in impeccable condition, as was the case before. Also new is the ferry surcharge of SCR 100 per person if you take the regular ferries to buy food. We were removed from this new surcharge as regular customers, but in my opinion it is really not necessary and should be included in the price once a day at Seascape Villa. If you want to take the Emirates flight (08:35) in the morning for your return flight, then the organization is absolutely perfect and punctual to the minute but for 30 EUR per person (e.g. 120 EUR for a family of 4 people) it is also very good for the Seychelles well paid (for an 8 minute boat ride). All in all, the accommodation is highly recommended, but for around 400 - 500 EUR per night, there should be no surcharges and at least two new kayaks should be in front of the villa.

The return transfer from Eden Island to Cerf Island will be conducted by the taxi boat of "L'Habitation". Timetable (subject to change): Eden Island - Cerf Island: 10:30, 14:30, 16:00 Cerf Island - Eden Island: 07:30, 09:00, 12:30 - Transfer for arrival and departure (scheduled): complimentary - Additional return boat trip (scheduled): SCR 100/adult & SCR 50 /child (3-11 years), payable on-site - Private return boat trip (not scheduled, 06:30-18:00): €50/adult & €25/child (3-11 years), payable on-site - Children 0-2 years old: free of charge - Duration of the boat transfer: approx. 5 minutes in good weather (approx. 10-15 minutes depending on the weather, stormy, windy, rough sea) Force majeure: In the event of very bad weather conditions, the transfer may be cancelled for the safety of guests, in which case SeyVillas & L'Habitation (providers of the boat transfer) are excluded from liability.
