The small and quiet complex made a clean impression. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were enough loungers in the beach area when you returned from your tour.

This architectural "sin" continued in the rest of the complex, with old, unkempt interlocking stone paving with little gardening support, a pool in need of renovation that had been "just like that" set into the grounds with an absolutely unsuitable ladder, makeshift shower fittings and faded signs from Corona times, as well as numerous rusty metal supports for the air conditioning units with unplastered holes for cable routing, all of which underlined the external impression of a "socialist rest home". The size and furnishings of the rooms were quite decent and a furnished terrace (with clothes rack!) also turned out to be a positive - if you subtract the view from there of the restrained planting of the "gardens". A little more atmospheric lighting on the terrace would also be desirable. A bottle of water in the room was only available on the first day. Between the entrance and living area and the beach (unfortunately covered with a lot of seaweed in early May) is the restaurant, which has a covered terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast offering was satisfactory for those with a "sweet taste", egg dishes of your choice included, cappuccino for an additional charge. With the half-board option we booked, you could choose between two starters and two main courses - which you had to decide on in the morning and which can be described as well-average in terms of preparation - but, as in other restaurants in the Seychelles, were not very spicy or even piquant. A dessert concluded the menu. The meal times seemed quite late from a German perspective at 7:30 p.m. and once a week at 8 p.m. The service in the restaurant was generally good and attentive, but it depended on the mood. The latter also applied to a receptionist who was not afraid to rudely "throw the house rules in guests' faces".
