This very lovingly designed house in the middle of the mountains with a wonderful view of the sea is only a 5-minute walk from an enchanting beach. A grocery store is nearby. The key handover was cordial and took place at the agreed time. The owner of the house is a very gracious hostess who surprised us every day with Creole delicacies. The accommodation was very clean and we felt very comfortable. We recommend this house to every Praslin visitor who appreciates the originality of the island.

Very well equipped with all utensils that you need in a self-catering household, only the couch could be replaced (a bit worn out, maybe some previous tenants spent their entire vacation in front of the TV :-)), absolutely quiet location on the hill ( the road ends at the house) with a beautiful view of the mountains, sea and La Digue, small, clean beach 200m away, the beautiful Anse La Blague is about 600m away (from the villa, keep right on the beach over a small hill), car is Definitely recommendable (you quickly get used to the sometimes narrow, sloping streets, which cost you some nerves on the first day), bus stop 250m, but there isn't one every 30 minutes..., small "supermarket" 300m with everything what you need. Since there are also a few locals living in the area, you shouldn’t be bothered by the occasional barking dog, roosters crowing or some music (only during the day), it’s the same everywhere on the islands and is part of village life, we felt absolutely comfortable, the People are so lovely and relaxed, a true break in paradise that we have enjoyed for the second time and certainly not for the last! For everyone who is really looking for peace and authenticity - definitely do it!
