Location: The location was simply not nice, the beach was neither inviting for swimming nor for staying, the hotel is also located right on the street and it is noisy from the neighborhood. The pool is a bit small and there are only 2 cast iron loungers. In general, the cast iron furniture by the pool is nice but extremely bulky and the paint is peeling off, so that you constantly have paint flakes on your body. I think it is a good hotel if you have a rental car or are mobile and don't want to spend the whole time in the hotel. Food: The food was excellent and freshly prepared. It is advisable to book half board, the half board menus were very extensive and super tasty. The prices are otherwise quite expensive but that is the case in restaurants everywhere in the Seychelles. Cleanliness: It was always cleaned properly, and the entire hotel made a clean impression. Service and friendliness of the staff: I would like to highlight Sabrina here, very warm, friendly and helpful. She and the manager made us forget our disappointment about the hotel's not so good location with the way they treated us. The other very young ladies tried hard, but they just lacked a bit of experience in service. But I'm sure that under Sabrina's leadership they will also become great service employees. It is advisable to book a full-day tour with a private driver (Randy, thank you again) through the hotel. The hotel manager recommended the tour to us because we didn't want a rental car and my mum, at 74, wasn't very mobile to drive around in the bus in those temperatures. That was great, thank you again. €150 for 2 and we were driven in a very comfortable BMW SUV. Randy told us a lot, the tour can be tailored to our own needs, we travelled almost all over the island with him from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Conclusion: we would have been happy with just 2 or 3 nights on Mahè (there were 4 of us). The other islands are much nicer in my opinion.
