A truly beautiful villa and the owner really kind, helpful and courteous

Very spacious, bright and pleasantly furnished villa surrounded by a beautiful garden. The hostess gave us a very warm welcome. Unfortunately, the beach across the street was not suitable for swimming. However, there are other beaches nearby and easy to reach by car. Creole cuisine freshly prepared on site, very plentiful and delicious.

Full description

Relax, explore, grill - the garden with its own barbeque area allows you all sorts of activities. Walk just one minute further and you can feel the sand between your toes and enjoy a wonderful view of the turquoise ocean. A beach like Anse Royale will likely be the highlight for any holidaymaker! The offshore coral reef means that the water here is very calm, making Anse Royale ideal for relaxing days at the beach with the whole family. If you go a little further out, snorkelling fans will be sure of a treat. Small fish shoot through the crystal-clear water all the time, past colourful corals and seaweed bunches, swaying with the current. The surrounding area is also home to something that is even more important than the beach during a self-catering holiday: namely shops. Besides small shops, cafés, and restaurants, there is also a fruit, vegetable, and fish market in Anse Royale. And, if you’d like to go a little further afield, there is a bus stop just one minute away from the Maison Coco.

Discover an unknown type of fish or an exotic vegetable and then prepare it in your spacious, fully-equipped kitchen back at the Maison Coco. Budding chefs can try out some experiments in the kitchen while their kids play in the garden. Meanwhile, facilities such as a dishwasher will take care of the clearing up! The brightly-lit living and dining area will serve as your dining room, or you can dine out on the veranda with a view of the surrounding greenery. Once you’ve eaten, why not relax in the comfortable sofas of the Maison Coco’s living room? The nights are also taken care of in this villa, with safety assured thanks to the alarm system. Each bedroom in the villa has its own charm, for example through a chic combination of white, grey, and gold. The three en-suite bathrooms are also well-furnished, with bright colours and a relaxing atmosphere.

If you would like to explore, you’re in luck! There are a couple of small beaches within 200 metres of the accommodation. These are a bit rocky, but good for swimming, and less touristic. If clients want to visit a larger, busier beach, Anse Royale is just 15 minutes' walk away.
Mahé, the largest of the Seychelles islands, has much to see, including the capital, Victoria, or a day trip to the Morne Seychellois national park with its mangrove forests and free-roaming tortoises. The capital, Victoria, is a 30-minute drive from Maison Coco. There, you will find a small, vibrant market, quaint shops and restaurants, and the scents of exotic spices in the air, as well as colourful houses and winding alleys. The charm of the Seychelles capital is hard to deny. Finally, a botanical garden, museums, the harbour, and the clock tower, which is the Seychelles most famous landmark, are also in Victoria, just waiting to be discovered.
