Île Cachée

Anse la Fontaine is a small, oft-deserted beach on the south coast of Cerf Island, a tiny satellite island of Mahé, situated in the Sainte Anne Marine Park. This private spot is well-suited for relaxation in total solitude, a walk along the beach, snorkelling, scuba diving, and fishing.

Takamaka Beach is a the longest beach on Cerf Island, and offers excellent conditions for numerous activities, two beach restaurants, and a few unique features such as a guided snorkelling trail and a night-time aquarium.

Anse aux Pins is a long, shallow bay on the east coast of Mahé, the Seychelles’ largest island. With nearby shops and restaurants, as well as a 9-hole golf course, the surrounding area offers plenty to keep you busy during your visit to this beautiful bay.

Turtle Bay is a popular, shallow-watered beach in the south of Mahé, on the east coast of the island. Thanks to the offshore coral reef, the water here is protected, making it extremely flat and calm, perfect for swimming and snorkelling. This beach shares its bay with Anse aux Pins.

Grand Anse on Mahé is one of the island’s longest beaches, and certainly the longest stretch of sand on Mahé's western coast. The beautiful beach scenery contrasts nicely with the surrounding mountainous landscape, making for a truly spectacular location. The nearby Avani Barbarons Resort offers restaurants and much more.

Anse Nord d'Est is best described as a collection of small beaches spread across two kilometres of coastline on Mahé. The water here is deeper than many other places on the island, and the sea is choppy due to the lack of offshore coral reef. This makes it a good beach for surfers, although it is still suitable for strong swimmers.

Anse Boileau is a long, stretched bay on the west coast of Mahé, just north of Anse à la Mouche. The surrounding region is relatively built-up, including a police station, shops, guesthouses, and supermarkets, and the beach itself offers calm, shallow water that is great for swimming, snorkelling, and windsurfing.

Beau Vallon is perhaps the most famous beach in the Seychelles, well-known throughout the country by locals and tourists alike thanks to its beautiful atmosphere, extensive facilities, stunning sandy surface, and proximity to some of the Seychelles’ best-loved accommodations.

Anse Louis is a beautiful sheltered bay in the west of Mahé, near to Anse Boileau. The waves here make the beach a great location for surfers, and the nearby bus stop and car park ensure that arrival at Anse Louis is unproblematic for everyone.
