We give 6 stars! It couldn't be better!! Super clean, super friendly, what Phillip, his wife and the team do is simply great. The complex, garden, pool and the houses are in top shape and very well maintained. We had dinner with the family several times. We were asked what we would like to eat and a meal was conjured up for us that could keep up with any restaurant or was even better. The breakfast left nothing to be desired: freshly prepared egg dishes, very good coffee and delicious fruit - all in all simply great! The apartments are very well equipped and nicely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and you could cook yourself - but we never did. The complex is on a side street and therefore very quiet, which we really enjoyed. There is a supermarket nearby and can be reached on foot. However, you should plan on having a bike for the entire stay. We took some from Mazu. These are no better but also no worse than those from other providers. Phillip can also provide e-bikes on request. The pool is very well maintained (daily cleaning by the robot) and very warm, over 30°C! We also went on a great day trip with Phillip and other residents: we were picked up and taken to the beach by taxi, then continued by boat to Anse Caïman beach. After a while we walked to the next beach, swam and had a drink there and came back to the Caïman for lunch (red snapper with rice). We were then picked up again in the evening and taken back. Everything was perfectly planned, organized and dressed by Philipp! We can 100% recommend the accommodation.
