A little gem on Praslin. Very lovingly run hotel on a beautiful beach, which is only a few meters away via a small footpath. Everything was just perfect here. The friendliness of the staff, the food, the rooms, the service. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Very tasty, varied food in a beautiful, quiet restaurant in the middle of the complex's garden, surrounded by orchids and beautiful plants and decorations. The rooms are large and spacious, with quiet air conditioning. Free water in the room. You feel at home from the very first moment. Small shops and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. We were pleased that there was a beach party taking place at the time of our stay. This takes place once a month and was really worth a visit. We really appreciated the small gift from the hotel management at the end in the form of a small watercolor painting. A very nice gesture from the hotel. We would gladly spend our vacation here again at any time. Top ????
Translation (DE): GoogleTranslateClean, courteous staff, beautiful beach. I can only recommend it...
Translation (DE): GoogleTranslateRoom: The room (Honeymoon Suite) was large with lots of storage space, a bathroom with a very narrow shower, a large tub, and an outdoor shower. There were lots of insects, like ants, centipedes, and mosquitoes in the room every day. The bed was completely worn out, and the sink wouldn't drain. Our room had zero insulation and large gaps near the windows and doors, so the air conditioning worked outside as well. Food/Drink: There are two restaurants on site. The main restaurant is for breakfast (good!) and in the evenings, with a buffet and a live cooking station. The food was all well-prepared. The restaurant was very cramped. Loud fountains and music, plus guests milling around, made it complete chaos. Eating anything resembling civilized meals was out of the question. Water was only available in plastic bottles, and breakfast was served with paper napkins. After the first evening, we always went to the second restaurant, the beach restaurant. Half-board guests there received a 50% discount on various dishes. The tables, the atmosphere, the food, and the service were good, and you could enjoy a civilized dinner. Of course, there are additional costs that you have to be prepared to pay. Facilities: The hotel is located on a wide beach that slopes gently into the sea. It extends about 50 meters into the sea before the water reaches a depth of 1 meter (be careful of high and low tide!). There are few fish to see, as there is no reef. The hotel is spread across several single-story buildings. Depending on the booking class, there are small to large rooms or houses. The main restaurant and reception are located in the center, as is one of the two pools. This pool is small and more of a children's paddling pool. Everything is very close together. The garden is well-maintained. A second pool towards the beach is "adults only" and also not suitable for swimming. There is a café/bar/restaurant on the beach. There are plenty of hotel loungers on the beach, as well as SUPs and kayaks – free for guests to borrow. The fitness center, located in a newer building, is well-equipped. Staff: Friendly and helpful. General: The hotel was the least good of the three we visited in two weeks, and it's not a five-star hotel. Personally, I'd rate it between three and four stars. Everything was old and a bit worn. Both pools aren't very attractive. There were massive sand fleas on the beach, which isn't the hotel's fault, and we'll be thinking about their bites for a few weeks to come.
