Bungalow-type structure, welcoming but quite spartan, but those who come to this island certainly don't do it for a five-star hotel..............A few small inconveniences (if there were any) are certainly compensated by the beauty of the beaches and the uniqueness of the wild and uncontaminated nature, where millions of terns and frigate birds reign supreme on the island............ Only dinner service is provided (which by the way is excellent, with well-cooked fish, fruit and vegetables at KM 0 (grown on the island) while for breakfast and lunch you can make do with self-catering (everything you need is available with a small shop (the only one) where you can buy basic foodstuffs). Nicholas, the owner of the island and handyman, is VERY VERY nice and friendly, always available to solve any problem and/or need.

Transfer Details
Bird Island can only be reached by plane. Flight duration: approx. 30 minutes. Check-in: up to 1 hour before departure Return flight operated by Air Seychelles or Zil Air: €380 from 01.11.2024 per person, children under 2 years fly free (on parents' laps). Flight days: Monday and Friday Flight times: 02:00 pm from Mahé, 02:45 pm from Bird Island. Please note that a maximum of 15 kg of baggage per person (sum of hand & checked baggage) is permitted for the flight. Bulky luggage and private flights are available on request. Return flights to/from other islands with an airstrip (e.g. Praslin) can be arranged for an additional fee. Bird Island Seychelles and SeyVillas will not be held responsible for the relocation or reimbursement of clients in the event of flights to/from ISLAND being cancelled due to force majeure or technical issues with the aeroplane.
