Very attentive, friendly staff. Cleanliness and all of the service was perfect. Attractive lounge and dining area. Food was nicely presented and always tasty. Tablecloths were always white for dinner. A significant deduction for the cans. In urgent need of renovation! Due to their age, the cupboard doors and drawers, as well as our toilet door, could not be secured sufficiently in heavy waves. The captain had to gain entry through the window to our cabin door. The reason was a protruding drawer. Safety problem: the cabin door has to open outwards. Escape route!!! The bathroom door would not lock, so I injured my finger joints in the waves. Sharp edge on the floor where the shower was bordered. Risk of injury to your feet. We were very lucky that the boat only had 15 guests instead of 40. And 3 of them were children. We had one of the cheapest cabins, C. After looking at other guests' cabins, I noticed that our cabin was by far the smallest. The bathroom door could only be opened halfway and hit the bed so you couldn't get in or out. My mother was by far the oldest person on the boat (80). I would have liked more flexibility from the hotel manager here. Or rather, I wouldn't put the oldest person in the smallest and most uncomfortable cabin from the start when I still have 14 empty cabins. There was also still space in the same category. So overall we cannot recommend the Pegasus and will definitely not book again.
