Very nice complex, very high quality (although not everywhere - we had mold in the fridge of the minibar). Separate area with gym and its own pool where children are not allowed.

We only got the standard room after asking, which was shown as an example in the brochure (the first room was musty, in the shade and had a very small balcony). A non-functioning shower thermostat was repaired immediately. For a "short" night, due to a private party in the function room below our room, we received a half board upgrade for two days (the walls were "shaking" so that we couldn't sleep for half the night). Conclusion: the shortcomings and problems that shouldn't really occur in this hotel category were solved very quickly, fairly and accommodatingly. Great service. Relatively many Russian guests in the hotel.
