We are a few hundred meters from the hotel entrance where Anse Georgette is located and with shops restaurants and takeaways very close by. Being 4 friends we opted for a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The two story building is really well cared for. Large kitchen with living room and a splendid terrace ideal for meals or for a moment of relaxation which we enjoyed immensely. Kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare something. Spacious bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning and fan in the bedrooms, only ceiling fan in the living room and kitchen. Daily cleaning of the apartment. Large garden in which to park the car if necessary. The owner and her husband are always present, helpful and kind and full of advice on the island. For example, they advised us to reach Anse Lazio, instead of going around the island as we thought, by taking a short stretch by car (about two km) and then a 15-minute panoramic walk. Really good advice.

Within walking distance were 3 supermarkets, 3 souvenir shops, 2 take aways and several restaurants. A bus stop was right outside the door. A ride around the island costs 50 cents. A beautiful beach is right outside the door, the most beautiful beach on the island a bit further away, but still within walking distance. We did not need a car or a taxi.
